With over 15 years of teaching experience and over 1000 hours of training, Stacey has a vast amount of experience and knowledge.

A firm believer that personal exploration and growth are essential to the heart of a yoga practice, Stacey encourages her students to find the connection between yoga and their emotional well-being. She uses Ayurveda intertwined into all of her classes. She also uses a hands-on approach with her students and encourages them to listen to their bodies and their inner Self. She came to yoga out of a love for movement and exercise and continued for the endless challenges both on the mat and off. 





Stacey teaches all levels, from beginners to advanced students and has worked with children as well as adults. Stacey has worked with the avid as well as occasional runners, prenatal/postnatal students, students with back pain, shoulder pain, golfers, skateboarders, snowboarders, and many, many more. While Stacey teaches group classes, she specializes in private lessons as her relationships with her students allow for their practices to grow and evolve more deeply.

Doula Services

Congratulations! You're having a baby! 

As a Birth Doula, Stacey can help you unravel the web of options and provide you with evidence-based research to help you make informed decisions. She will provide non-judgmental emotional support throughout your pregnancy and labor, and physical support throughout your labor and birth. Stacey will empower and work with your partner ensuring you have the best support team possible. She works for you alongside your health care providers, (either your Midwife, Nurse or Doctor), in your home, in the hospital of your choice, or at a birthing centre to provide you with exceptional care. After your baby’s birth Stacey visits you at home to support you with breastfeeding and answer any questions you might have about your labor and your precious newborn. Postpartum services also available.
